AccessAbility Fest is a collaborative effort between Texas Public Radio and disABILITYsa.org to bring resources and recreation to individuals with disabilities and their families. It is planned and implemented by a team of volunteers who represent a broad variety of non-profit and for-profit organizations serving individuals with disabilities in our community. You can visit our Planning Team page to learn more about the individuals serving on this year's team. Texas Public Radio acts as the fiscal agent for AccessAbility Fest.
AccessAbility Fest is FREE and OPEN to the public. This event is not just for people with disabilities, but for the entire community at large. Come on out and explore with us, play with us, and learn with us. There are numerous games, activities, and fun things to do for the entire family. This is an opportunity to expose yourself and members of your family to people of all disabilities. Texas Public Radio, the fiscal agent for AccessAbility Fest, secures sponsorships and underwriting to cover the cost of this event so that everyone can participate without the barrier of an admission fee. Take advantage of this day in the park and invite your family and friends to join you.
