Activity Registration Form


BY INVITATION ONLY: This registration form is for exhibitors who are providing a PRE-APPROVED complimentary activity at your booth or are participating as Balloon artist, Caricature Artist, Clown, etc. at the event.

If you have not received a direct invitation to register as a complimentary activity booth, please send a 75 word (or less) description of your proposed activity to accessabilityfest@disabilitysa.org before proceeding with this form.  We reserve the right to deny your activity application if the requested process is not followed.

Participation in AccessAbility Fest with an Activity is FREE as you are providing some form of activity or service for the attendees to participate in at the event.  Activities include, but are not limited to Health Screening Activities, Large Arts & Crafts Projects (Make & Take Rock Painting, Fluffy Slime Make & Take, Face Painting & Balloon Art, Free Books, Caricatures, Photo Booth, Learning Labs), Interactive Demonstrations, Petting Zoo, etc. Activity providers are responsible for Proof of Liability Insurance (if necessary) and complying with requirements of the venue.
    Exhibitors are encouraged to provide trinkets or candy for trick-or-treaters who attend. Please visit our Exhibitor FAQ for more details on participating in AccessAbility Fest 2022.

    Registration Recognition Deadline: September 2nd
    Registrations received after September 2nd will be accepted, but will not be included in any print or online materials.
    Materials about your program may be distributed while you are offering an activity for our guests to participate in.

    Organizations registering to participate with a Mascot should visit our Mascot Registration Page.  Thank you!
    Please type your response in Word first for a CHARACTER count (with spaces) and then paste into this box. Only the first 150 characters will be copied into your online posting at accessabilityfest.com.
    Please note that ONLY the first 150 characters (including spaces) of the description entered above will appear in your listing on our website.  This is regardless if it stops in the middle of a word or sentence.  Please take care to accurately count the number of characters in your submission.  Thank you!
    MOBILE UNITS must arrive by 7:00am and may not leave the Hemisfair grounds before 2pm.  This is in compliance with direction from SAPD.
    Electricity is extremely limited, and will be subject to availability.  You will be notified if your request is granted or denied prior to the event.
