AccessAbility fest depends on the generosity of community partners who help make this milestone event possible. In-kind donations are a meaningful way to invest in the success of the festival while providing immediate support for attendees, volunteers, and families who rely on this event for connection, resources, and inclusion. We are currently seeking donations in the following areas: Accessible Services: ASL interpreters, Braille materials, 3D mapping, captioning, navigation support, accessible signage, sensory accommodations, and other services that help ensure attendees of all abilities can participate fully and comfortably. Other Services: Printing, audio/visual support, photography, videography, transportation, entertainment, signage, decor, sanitation, security, and other professional services that help make AccessAbility fest safe, visible, and successful. Snacks: Individually packaged chips, pretzels, popcorn, cookies, granola bars, crackers, and other grab-and-go items for volunteers. Breakfast Items: Pastries, muffins, fruit, breakfast bars, yogurt cups, and other simple morning items to help fuel volunteers and event staff. Lunch Items: - Sandwiches, wraps, boxed lunches, pizza, fruit trays, chips, drinks, and other convenient meal options for 150 volunteers during the Resource Festival. - A sit-down meal for 100 attendees during our Conversations over Common Tables session at the Conference. Stuffed Animals: 500 new, small stuffed animals (approximately 6") for attendee engagement activities. Door Prizes: Gift cards, products, service vouchers, promotional items, or other prizes to help encourage survey completion from attendees and exhibitors. Your in-kind gift does more than fill a need—it helps create a welcoming, accessible, and joyful experience for more than 1,500 attendees and our 200+ volunteers throughout the day. We welcome the opportunity to explore recognition options that are meaningful and aligned with the value of your in-kind contribution. Our team will work with each donor to identify the most appropriate way to acknowledge support in a way that feels thoughtful, visible, and mutually beneficial. |
