Thank you so much for your interest in participating in the 2014 AccessAbility Fest!  There are limited performance slots for this event.  It is our goal to represent a good variety of performance types and offer broad diversity.  Therefore, completion of this form does not guarantee you will be selected as part of the entertainment for this year's event. 
Participation as part of the Entertainment is FREE as you are providing some form of activity or service for the attendees to participate in at the event.  Feel free to bring information to distribute during your designated performance time in the Entertainment area.  Thank you!

    AccessAbility Fest is dedicated to individuals with disabilities.  One objective of AccessAbility Fest is to recognize the
    abilities of people with disabilities.  We are seeking groups to perform that are made up of one or more people
     who have overcome their disability to pursue their dream of theatrical or musical performance.
    Entertainment slots will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. * NO solicitations or sales are allowed at this event. * Service Animals only, no pets. * Materials about your program may be put on display during your performance.
