Participation in AccessAbility Fest as a Mascot is FREE. Organizations attending with a mascot are invited to distribute organizational information on programs, services, and products while walking around.

Schedule:

07:00am – 8:00am     Exhibitor Drop-Off Open - Street Closure will prevent drop off after 8:00am
08:00am – 9:00am   Exhibitor Set-up
09:00am – 10:00am abilitySTRONG Parade
09:00am –   2:00pm AccessAbility fest
10:30am –  11:00am Event Ceremony

Registration Deadline is September 2nd, 2025.
Registrations received after September 2nd will be considered, but will not be included in any print materials.

Materials about your program may be distributed while roaming as a Mascot.
