Demonstration Registration Form

Participation as a Demonstration is FREE as you are providing some form of interactive activity for the attendees to participate in at the event. Demonstration participants are responsible for Proof of Liability Insurance, necessary permits and complying with requirements of the venue.
This registration form is for organizations providing a complimentary interactive demonstration of a product, experience, activity, or concept.
    Schedule:   
    07:00am –  8:00am     Exhibitor Drop-Off Open
     9:00am –   2:00pm     Event
    Registration Deadline is September 2nd, 2022.  
    Registrations received after September 2nd will be considered, but will not be included in any print materials.
    Exhibitors are encouraged to bring prizes to distribute. *
    Door prize drawings are encouraged. * Tables at this year’s event will be assigned according to categories. * NO solicitations or sales are allowed at this event. * Service Animals only, no pets. * Table Cloths are not provided. * Materials about your program may be put on display at your Fun/Health & Safety Zone booth
