You are highly encouraged to stay throughout the duration of the event.  In order to prevent injury to our guests, set-up and tear-down times are put into place.  Assistance will be available to you ONLY between the following hours.  Tearing down early discourages attendees from staying as it appears the event is shutting down.  Assistance (ie. assistance with carrying your items, monitoring your items while you get your vehicle, access to drop off area at the entrance to the park, etc.) will ONLY be available during the hours of:
  • SET-UP: 9:30am - 11:15pm
  • TEAR-DOWN: 4:30pm - 6:00pm
If you elect to arrive after set-up or leave before tear down, you will be responsible for the delivery and removal of all of your items to and from your parking location.  The drop off area at the front of HemisFair Park (Alamo Street Entrance) will not allow you to stop unless you are dropping off a person between the hours of 11:15am - 4:30pm.

Free parking is available at the Alamo Dome.  An accessible shuttle service will be running between the Dome and the HemisFair Park entrance between 11:30am - 1:30pm.  An accessible drop-off area will be available at the entrance to HemisFair Park off of Alamo St.  Volunteers will be on hand to keep your loved ones company while you park your vehicle and return.
Parking is available in the City Lot (located through Gate 2 at the Institute of Texan Cultures off of Cesar Chavez St) for $8/vehicle.  You may park in this lot for free with a handicap placard or license plate.  There is another small PAID parking lot located behind the Magik Theatre that is available at a cost.  FREE Parking will be available to you in Lot A at the Alamo Dome.  Exhibitors are encouraged to use the parking at the Alamo Dome so that our guests with disabilities can have the courtesy of the closer parking areas.

Additional Parking (Payment Required) is available at:
  • Tower of the Americas
  • Along Cesar E. Chavez Blvd at parking meters

Drop-off will open at 9:30 am.

When you arrive, you will pull into alcove located in front of the Hemisfair Park Arch located off of South Alamo Street.  You’ll be directed to pull up to the front where volunteers will help you unload your materials and displays.  You will not be allowed to park in this area or stay idle for an extended period of time.  After your vehicle is unloaded, you will be directed to park at the Alamo Dome, Lot A.  A shuttle will bring you back over to the park.  A volunteer will watch and/or help you deliver your items to your Event Category section where you can meet them after parking.

Exhibitor drop-off will CLOSE at 11:15am.  Exhibitors who do not arrive before the drop-off closes will have to transport their items in from the parking area, as no cars will be allowed to stop in the driveway to unload after 11:15am.
