Activation Registration Form
BY INVITATION ONLY: Exhibitors who are providing a PRE-APPROVED complimentary at AccessAbility fest will need the Invitation Code to qualify for a complimentary registration. If you have not received a direct invitation to register as a complimentary activity booth, please email a brief (75 words or less) description of your proposed activation to [email protected] for consideration before proceeding with this form. We encourage concepts that are innovative, engaging, and offer meaningful value to our AccessAbility Fest guests. Please note that all submissions are subject to approval based on event criteria and organizational needs.
Participation in AccessAbility fest with an Activity is FREE as you are providing a significant activation for attendees to participate in throughout the day.
Activations that may be considered include, but are not limited to Health Screening Activities, Make & Takes, Face Painting or Balloon Art, Tree/Plant Adoption, Reading Corner w/ Free Book distribution, Complimentary Caricatures, Photo Booth, Learning Labs, Interactive Demonstrations, Petting Zoo, etc.
Activation providers are responsible for Proof of Liability Insurance (if necessary) and complying with the requirements of the venue.
MOBILE UNITS must arrive by 7:00am and may not leave the Travis Park grounds before 2pm. This is in compliance with direction from SAPD.
