The abilitySTRONG March is a first amendment activity. The City of San Antonio acknowledges a First Amendment activity to mean all expressive and associative activity that is protected by the United States and Texas Constitutions, including speech, press, assembly, and the right to petition.

abilityMARCH RULES AND REGULATIONS:
- all participants in the abilityMARCH must be pre-registered by October 3rd at noon.
- all participants in the abilityMARCH must sign or participation waiver.
- abilityMARCH participants must follow the city ordinances for processions. It is unlawful by City Ordinance for parade participants to throw, distribute, or give away any leaflets, coins, souvenirs, candy or any other items in the forming area and the parade route. No articles, materials, or candy of any kind shall be distributed in the forming area, along the parade route or in the disbanding area without the approval of disABILITYsa. The discharging of firearms, cannons, fireworks and other loud devices is strictly prohibited.
- NO banners will be admitted into the abilityMARCH section. Posters 24" x 18" and smaller are acceptable as long as they adhere the 2025 abilitySTRONG theme and motto (Disability Diversity).
